Frequently Asked Questions about Grief Recovery
What types of loss are covered by Grief Recovery? Grief Recovery is for people grieving the death of a loved one. Many other life situations bring grief, such as separation and divorce, a loved one who is dying, estrangement, loss of a loved one due to a cult, loss of custody of a child through divorce, and many more. If you are struggling with a loss not due to death, Grief Recovery is not designed to meet your grief needs for healing.
Where can I go for support if I am suffering grief over something that is not a death? There are many other wonderful programs offered at Covenant, specifically: Celebrate Recovery, DivorceCare, Abortion Recovery, and Re|New. Also available is Individual Coaching, which offers short-term help in gaining direction in your life.
Is there a cost involved? Yes, the workbook is $25
